We believe God has given each of us gifts to use for His glory and to help usher people into His presence. If you sing or play an instrument, there may be a place for you on the Redemption City Church worship team!
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for gifted, humble, and prepared vocalists and musicians who are committed to serving people and creating authentic, approachable worship experiences.
- Coachable — willing to receive feedback and grow.
- Prepared — comes ready, knowing the songs, parts, and cues.
- Passionate — loves Jesus, loves people, and engages the room.
- Adaptable — able to learn parts, follow direction, and play/sing with a click and guide when needed.
- Team-minded — committed to building a healthy, encouraging team.
Audition Process
Audition spots are limited, so applications do not guarantee an audition time. If selected, you’ll be scheduled for a 15-minute audition with members of our worship team.
